ずんだロール Zunda roll

仙台土産、ずんだロールをいただきました。
「ずんだ」は、枝豆やソラマメをつぶしてつくるもので、
ずんだ餅などが有名ですよね。

これは生クリームにずんだが入っているロールケーキで、
甘さもやさしく、おいしいケーキでした。

the traditional sweet Zunda Mochi is famous in northern Japan.

This roll cake is of the Zunda and whipped cream,
delicately sweet.
