紫葉漬けです。これはキュウリ。
しば漬けはナスやミョウガを使った京都の伝統的漬物ですね。
酸味が爽やかです。


Shibazuke is chopped eggplants （sometimes cucumber, myoga ginger etc.)
salted with red perilla.
One of the three best Tsukemono in Kyoto
along with 'Suguki' and 'Senmaizuke.'
