和風ベーグル Bagels of Japanese flavor

ベーグル、おいしいですが
日本で買うベーグルは本場のものに比べて柔らかいのが多いようですが
いろんな味が楽しめるのがいいと思います。

これは、代々木八幡駅近くにあるテコナ・ベーグルワークスの
抹茶とあずきクリームのベーグルに
栗クリームのベーグル。
和風の取り合わせが、ベーグルのもっちりした食感に意外と合いますね。

もともと、ユダヤの食べものだったんだそうです。


Bagel! I love it.


The bagels we can buy in Japan seems to be much softer
than genuine ones, but we can enjoy various flavor.

The ones on the photo above are from Tecona Bagel Woks
at Yoyogihachiman in Tokyo.
The greenish one is of the powdered green tea and Azuki bean cream,
and another is of  the chestnut cream.

A Japanese-style combination matches bagel texture unexpectedly.
