餃子です。
我が家の餃子は、ラッキョウやツナを入れてつくります。
にんにくは使いません。
タレはショウガ醤油です。
Gyouza is Chinese food, called Jiaozi in China,
Chinese dumpling.
It is common here in Japan.
The most prominent differences of Japanese-style gyōza from Chinese style jiaozi are the rich garlic flavor,
but we never use garlic at our home.
The sauce is with ginger and soy sauce.
