塩漬けの桜が乗っていてきれいなうえ、塩味が甘みの中に絶妙です。
Manju
is a popular traditional Japanese confection.
Usually it has an outside made from flour, rice powder and buckwheat and a filling of an (red bean paste), made from boiled azuki beans and sugar. This one is with a salted cherryblossom, spesial version for spring.
