クロワッサンはもちろんフランスのパンですが
すっかりおなじみですよね。

日本のクロワッサンはやや甘みのあるものが多いんだそうです。
それでも最近は、パンの味にうるさい人が増えて
おいしいパンが多くなりました。
このクロワッサンも本場の味に近づいたんじゃないでしょうか。
