マイタケ Maitake~Ram's head

マイタケです。これは雪国舞茸といって、白いタイプ。

Maitake....Ram's head. This is the white type called "Maitake from snowland".

アスパラと一緒に炒めました。

I fried ram's head with asparagus and bacon.

焼きシイタケ Baked Shiitake

焼きシイタケ。
大きな生シイタケが手に入ったので、そのまま焼いて食べました。
お醤油をちょっとつけて。
シンプルだけど、おいしいですね。

Baked mushroom.
I bought some big fresh Shiitake mushrooms.
Baked and ate with some soy sauce.
Simple but tastey.
