紫芋のサラダです。
卵とレーズン入り。

紫芋は安納芋とともに、種子島の名産ですね。
甘みはうすく、どんな料理にも合います。

Purple sweet potato is one of the most famous products from Tanegasima island, southern Japan
like Anno sweet potato.

Purple potato tastes less sweet than ordinary sweet potato or Anno potato, it's nice as cooking material.

今夜のおかずはポテトサラダですが、
お芋は安納芋を使いました。

甘みがあって、ねっとりしているので、とてもおいしいですよ。

リンゴとブルーベリーを加えました。
甘みと酸味のバランスが絶妙です。

and taste sooooo nice with some apple and blueberry.
