米粉麺 Rice noodle

米粉の麺です。
お米はあきたこまち。

つるつるして食べやすく、これはお米の消費を助けるよい商品ですね。
お米は自給率がとっても高いので、こういうものを大事にして
食糧を確保しておくことは、これからの時代、必須です。

でも、食べ物ですから、おいしくなくちゃ。

この米粉麺はとってもおいしかったです。

Ways must be found to keep domestic production competitive with imports.
The self-sufficiency rate of rice is high,
over 90%, but the consumption of rice is decreasing.
